If you have authorised FollowUpX to access information through Meta or WhatsApp Business and would like to request deletion of data associated with that connection, follow the steps below.

How to request deletion

1. Contact APEX MARKETING SOLUTIONS at +60 19-234 4697.
2. State that you are requesting “FollowUpX Data Deletion”.
3. Provide the WhatsApp phone number or business account information needed for us to identify the relevant FollowUpX records.
4. We may ask for reasonable verification before deleting data to prevent unauthorised deletion requests.

What we will delete

Subject to verification and applicable retention obligations, we will delete or anonymise data that is no longer required to provide FollowUpX, including lead records and associated FollowUpX connection data under our control.

What may be retained

We may retain limited information where required by law, for fraud or security prevention, accounting, dispute resolution, or to maintain records of a completed deletion request.

Meta / WhatsApp access

You may also remove or revoke FollowUpX access through the relevant Meta or WhatsApp Business account settings. Revoking access may stop future data synchronisation but does not automatically delete data already stored by FollowUpX; use the deletion process above for stored data.
