These Terms of Service govern the use of FollowUpX, operated by APEX MARKETING SOLUTIONS. By using FollowUpX, you agree to these terms.

1. Service description

FollowUpX is a lead and follow-up management service designed to help authorised business users organise leads, track follow-up schedules, record follow-up status, and connect supported Meta and WhatsApp Business services.

2. Authorised use

You may use FollowUpX only for lawful business purposes and only for accounts, data, and communications that you are authorised to access. You must comply with applicable laws and the relevant terms and policies of Meta, WhatsApp, Firebase, and other connected services.

3. Account responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, controlling access by your staff, and ensuring information entered into FollowUpX is accurate and authorised.

4. WhatsApp and Meta integrations

FollowUpX may connect to Meta and WhatsApp Business services after the relevant business grants permission. Availability of these integrations may depend on third-party platform approval, account status, technical availability, and policy requirements.

Follow-up sending: FollowUpX is designed primarily to synchronise leads and manage follow-up workflow. Follow-up messages remain manually initiated by authorised staff unless a different feature is expressly enabled.

5. Prohibited use

Using FollowUpX to send unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or unsolicited communications.
Accessing data or accounts without authorisation.
Attempting to bypass security controls or disrupt the service.
Using the service in a way that violates Meta or WhatsApp Business policies.

6. Data and privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in the FollowUpX Privacy Policy. Users are responsible for ensuring they have an appropriate legal basis to process lead and customer information.

7. Service availability

We aim to keep FollowUpX available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Service interruptions may occur because of maintenance, internet connectivity, third-party platform changes, or events outside our control.

8. Suspension or termination

Access may be suspended or terminated where necessary to protect the service, comply with law or platform policies, address security risks, or respond to material misuse.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, APEX MARKETING SOLUTIONS is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of FollowUpX, third-party platform interruptions, or unauthorised use of an account.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The latest version will be published on this page with an updated revision date.
